Personal Introduction
Nina L. Windsor is the Managing Partner of TuckerAllen, specializing in estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Earlier in her career, Ms. Windsor focused on settlement release negotiations and court approval for wrongful death settlements at a national firm. She then formed and managed a new department where she handled the distribution of assets and estate administration for heirs. This process included mediation between settlement beneficiaries to gain agreement on distribution terms prior to court approval. Ms. Windsor has worked in taxation, estate planning, and administration over several years, focusing on planning for ultra-high net worth individuals at a St. Louis based firm before her current position with TuckerAllen, where she serves clients in every stage of life and every level of wealth. Ms. Windsor also has a unique perspective on business succession planning, growing up with nine siblings in a, now, third generation family manufacturing business.
