I assist clients in protecting what is important to them - their family, property and business interests. I help individuals, families and business owners with their estate planning needs. I assist buyers, sellers, investors, contractors, homeowners and business with all their real estate needs from residential and commercial real estate transactions, to residential and commercial leasing, title resolution and land court work, to land use and zoning. I also assist small businesses via general corporate work, including formation, operating agreements, and contract drafting and negotiation.
